My experience with this auto shop was awesome. The staff is friendly and helpful. My vehicle needed a tune-up and four new tires. They worked on it with no problems at all. Then they're local and I don't have to drive to Lake Charles, LA. I will continue to go to Miles Tire and Auto for all my vehicle's needs. LOVE YOU GUYS!!!!
Had a flat at 3:30 in the afternoon on a fleet vehicle. I called and asked if they could fix it and if I could pay with a fleet card. I was told yes but when I got there they said they didn't know how to run the fleet card and whoever I talked to had just left. Waste of my time. Should have known to just go the few extra miles to the reputable business I normally use.
Went to get a tire they charged me for air take off put on etc it cost 80.00 for a used tire 285/70/17 installed... Well Sam's in DeQuincy charged me 30.00 out the door 285/70/17. RIP OFF FEMALE GUYS
