Salesman Jim calls back and said he would drive by the next day to assess our house and that he would get back with a quote. A week goes by. I call Daughdrill and get the receptionist. She then proceeds to tell me that Jim doesn't really work for Daughdrill and that he's an outside salesman. Why would Daughdrill give my business to a non-employee? If a company is forwarding quotes to an outside salesman, the outside salesman is still associated with that company.
Called Daughdrill back and got the receptionist again. She was unhelpful, unapologetic and grudgingly gave me Jim's phone number. I called Jim and left a voicemail. Still waiting. It's been 3 weeks and I still haven't gotten a quote.
