I travel a good deal for work, and this is the nicest RV park I have stayed in. It's very clean, with ample space for each RV. I have a great view of the bayou. It feels like you're out in a secluded campground, but everything you need is right up the road. Richard is very focused on customer satisfaction. He has been very eager to help in any way he can. I haven't been here long, but so far so good!
This RV Park is a hidden gem! The location is quaint, quiet, and well manicured. The bayou setting is lovely. All the slots are extra wide, level concrete and the road is paved making it super easy to get around - superior to many other parks we've visited around the country. The owner, Richard, went above and beyond by not only making sure we were greeted by the park host, Larry, but called us himself. It's obvious that customer satisfaction is his number one priority and my husband and I were We will be coming to stay here again and I highly recommend Bayou Marino when traveling to the Lake Charles/Westlake area.
I have yet to arrive at the park, but I have been speaking with Mr.Richard for 2 days now trying to find my husband a RV spot before he starts his job in a few weeks. Richard has been so great with taking his time to talk to me about the area and helping us with ideas of other spots to look into. We appreciate him going above & beyond his duty to help us out, very very nice guy!!
One of the best places I've stayed at in years. Very friendly folks and great location. Richard the owner is always ready to help with problems or fix issues with the park. Couldn't get a better place in the area. Good fishing also. Located right on a small bayou with great scenery.
I've checked out all the campgrounds in the area and I haven't had the opportunity to stay here yet, but this is by far the nicest you're going to find in the LC area.
